VL SERIES

Vibratory linear feeders

Transfer oriented parts from the bowl to the machine, maintain their position and build a controlled buffer.

APPLICATION ENGINEERING

A controlled connection from bowl to machine.

The linear drive moves components along a track designed for their geometry. The track maintains orientation and provides a queue between the bowl and the next station.

  • Component-specific geometry and tooling
  • Track profile designed around the component
  • Mounting, sensing and machine-interface requirements
  • Feed-rate assessment with real components

TUTUS CATALOGUE EXAMPLES

Application-specific feeding configurations.

Original TUTUS CAD examples show linear drive and track configurations. Model dimensions and electrical data are listed separately below.

STANDARD MODEL RANGE

VL 250 – VL 800

Compare dimensions and electrical ratings, then review the selected model. Final selection considers the moving mass, component and required feed rate.

INTEGRATION OPTIONS

Configure the complete feeding system.

A drive is part of a complete solution: tracks, support structures, coatings and controls are selected for the application.

01

Surface & coating

For oily or sensitive parts, evaluate the contact surface. Brushlon carpet coating is an available application option.

02

Supports & mounting

Define mounting height, outlet position and machine interface before selecting the support configuration.

03

Sensing & queue control

Bowl level control and track sensing support coordinated replenishment and downstream delivery.

APPLICATION QUESTIONS

Before selecting a feeder.

Is track length the same as drive length?

No. The linear drive supports a separately designed track. The required track length and moving mass are assessed together with the drive configuration.

Can a linear feeder be integrated into an existing machine?

Mounting height, outlet position, track profile and the machine interface must be assessed. Sensors and stops can regulate the queue and match downstream demand.

What information is required for a quotation?

Provide component dimensions, material, required orientation, parts per minute, available mounting space and the downstream machine cycle. Include a drawing or clear photographs.
